The steel rudder blade and bronze 4 blade propeller are treated with a 1st preparatory base (primer) and 3 coats of antifouling. A coat of protective anode treatment has been applied against corrosion.
The washboard is covered in heartwood mahogany. The console is finished in mahogany and the roomy cockpit is in teak. A 5-phase paint cycle protects the quick work (antiosmosis treatment) with epoxidation primer and antifouling paint.
- External mahogany fittings (sheathing, washboard, control console) have been treated with 10 coats of varnish.
